This salon is the worst place you can go to if you love ur pet.
The aunty sitting there charged me 7000rs for grooming a dog the size of a labrador. Now the groomer Mahesh was v cruel with my pet. He left the pet wet and went about grooming other dogs while my dog was shivering in the cold. The drying was not adequately done and they started yanking my dog’s hair which resulted in a lot of hair loss. He was in a lot of pain too. In spite of telling him he wasn’t paying any heed. Now after I somehow got my dog back home i saw him scratching his ears a lot and once i checked it there was a cotton ball inserted which the groomer didn’t even bother to take out. There were a lot of cuts in his private area too.
Who charges 7k for a large breed?
Mahesh’s (the groomer)brother was grooming a Cocker Spaniel and he was beating the dog.
I have witnessed all this with my own eyes and I really don’t recommend anybody bringing their pets here. I felt very bad at the way they were handing the dogs.
The aunty is just a spectator. She says nothing to the groomers and has no control over them.

Have been visiting here for past two years for our Persian cat's spa. The prices have been increased and services been deteriorated. The old Pet Loving and well trained team has vanished and new members are learning by doing mistakes!
Today, despite of telling before hand, the person cut the whiskers on one side, making the cats face look ugly. The warning given to person was very clear!!

Have decided not to visit here again, as the Lady Owner has no control over team and propably now sitting there for commercial reasons only!! Though the infrastructure is adequate and attractive.

Suggestion for others, please stand inside and monitor the work personally, else pay for others mistakes!!!
